I’m an Author, Speaker, Dental Hygienist, Faith-Led Wellness Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator — devoted to guiding others toward intuitive healing and empowering them to become confident advocates for their own health.

For much of my life, I felt the quiet weight of suppression — like a dimmer switch on my voice and my light. It lingered in the background, shaping how I showed up in the world. When I finally recognized its grip, I realized I wasn’t meant to live small or silent.

So I chose courage.

I began speaking my truth. I faced the fears I had carried for years. And in that surrender, I found freedom.

Through writing, I poured my journey onto the page — sharing the raw and honest path of healing, faith, nervous system restoration, and the powerful connection between our gut, our mind, and God. Through speaking, coaching, and breathwork, I now help others break free from what’s holding them back and return to the wisdom already placed within them.

My work blends science and spirit — oral-systemic health, nervous system regulation, breathwork, faith, and intuitive healing. I believe true wellness begins when we feel safe in our bodies, grounded in truth, and anchored in faith.

As a mother, clinician, and woman deeply led by faith, I am passionate about helping others quiet the noise of fear, regulate their nervous system, and reclaim their voice. When we learn to listen to our bodies and trust God’s design, healing becomes less about chasing symptoms — and more about alignment.
